No parties. By this we mean loud parties at night that potentially upset neighbors. We also don’t want a rental that accomodates a booked amount of people to have a much larger amount of people there. We love that you may want to celebrate a birthday, graduation, etc, and are open to that as long as you are up front about what you intend to do.

respect our house. Please treat it as well as you would want us to treat your’s. if anything gets broken, please mention it so we can address the situation before our next booking.

Please let us know if there is anything we can improve upon or if anything is non-functional. we strive to give you a perfect stay but since we are not always there, we could be unaware of a needed repair.

Last but certainly not least, be careful on the water. People get hurt or drown every weekend on waterways around the world and we don’t want that to happen to you or someone in your group. Be aware that there will be boats, jetskis, and all kinds of crazies on the water, too, so take appropriate precautions!
