Huge lot and two story dock to enjoy during your stay!

We have a boat sliP, lift and whips to accoMmodate an extra boat or jetskis. We have Hobie Kayaks (pedal or row) that can be rented for your stay.

The upper level of the dock has lounge chairs, a rope swing, and outdoor furniture for your comfort.

One king & two queen beds with a twin fold out. Air mattresses can be supplied for extra guests at an additional charge.

we hae a traeger pellet grill for your use. please bring pellets and if you’re not familiar with pellet grilling, you can learn the basics on youtube.

There is a firepit to make a campfire and it can be cooked upon as well. we supply firewood and a starter to help you get it going!

We have a huge yard to hang out in and we have a cornhole set and bocce ball set to bring out your competitive side! we have comfortable patio furniture and a patio dining set to enjoy.
